Delivery Terms

Delivery to Mainland UK VAT eligible locations only (surcharges apply to some areas).

Pre 12 noon delivery option is available for UK Mainland only, dependent upon stock availability and order being placed before 3pm. (If after 3pm we will do our best to fulfil orders but dependent upon products ordered and our carrier accepting goods)

Deliveries are scheduled to take place from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and national holidays. We do our best to honour delivery dates but cannot accept responsibility for delays outside our reasonable control.

For Delivery to southern Ireland, Channel Islands and mainland Europe please contact us for a competitive quotation.

On occasion parcels may be delivered to a local pick-up shop, to avoid parcels being returned to the distributor. Original delivery charges will not be refunded for shipments that are delivered to a pick-up shop and it is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure goods are collected from the advised pick up location within the given time frame.

Returns Policy

Simply email us at sales@safety-lifting.com or call 0117 9381 600 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Chain Slings & Wire rope slings (made to order products)

Chain slings, Chain Blocks, Pump lifting chains & Wire rope slings are custom made to order so are not covered by our returns policy. Please ensure when ordering all measurements and capacities are correct as we are unable to refund on these products
